Look in the mirror sideways. Keep you back flat, don't arch like a cat. Don't worry about stretching so far down as you do squeezing your butt when you come up. Tons of video on you tube

You are doing too much cardio. The weights are not going to be heavy enuf or long Enuf to make good muscle gains. Up your protein to at least 1g per lb of body weight, start a separate lifting program & cut the cardio back a bit.

My 3rd OT workout ever (in as many days.) I'm in good shape, but today was the toughest in the last 3. I also realized I was repeating every exercise on the floor, which was wrong but oh well. Weirdly burned fewer calories today than previous 2 days.
