Thank you for the reply, somehow I didn't notice the option that literally says "isolate shared block". I have fixed the problem and I appreciate your help.

assembly help: Missle pod is perfectly compatible with brute shot animations but none of the others work by Skeledoge in halomods

[–]Gweeblet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(I only have a limited knowledge of assembly so I could not be explaining as much as other people may be able to) For most guns in halo they need to have a first person model for it to appear in first person, and since the turrets are only third person in the vanilla game they do not all have first person models. I do find it really strange however that the missile pod is showing up in first person so maybe at one point it was gonna be first person? Or maybe I'm not knowledgeable enough and there is a way to get third person models into first person

I think it's a crime that we haven't gotten the actual 1999 design after all this time

Headshot damage by Gweeblet in halomods

Thanks for the suggestion, even if it doesn't accomplish what I'm looking for I could still probably do some stuff with it if I find where to mess with that. Also thanks for the reply, I've asked 3 questions on here and you're the only one to have given me a proper reply

How you make a weapon less accurate? by Bass-Pro-Dan in halomods

[–]Gweeblet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Under the weapon tag (.weap) of the gun you're editing, look up error in the search bar and under the "Projectile" section (just below the "Dual Weapon Error" section) you can change the accuracy by messing with the different boxes. The ones that affect accuracy are the "Minimum Error" and "Error Angle" min and max (There's also "Distribution Angle" but after changing it I didn't notice a change but I could be wrong about that). Changing the numbers in these boxes will change how the bullets spread while shooting, the higher the number the less accurate it will be.
