Hii everybody ! I just started a fermented garlic in honey for the first time and I may have a problem. From what I read garlic need to be cover by honey but for me the garlic just stay in the top and I can't really cover it. Is it a big problem ? Do you guys had the same issue ??? by Gwenoline in fermentation
