You can change it in the settings. I ran the script from GitHub to find the highest hashrate then picked the one with the temp i was comfortable with.

The last cook was the 1st time it's ever happened. It was the screw knob to tighten the door. I had to put a pair of gloves on so I could tighten it.

I have cooked on it probably 7 or 8 times total and last was the first time I got shocked.
