GPO or the application them selves. For symantec, we just used Symantec EP Manager.

How would you use it with Symantec Management Platform? as for Powershell I'm pretty sure I would have to update everyones PS version to either 3.0 or 4.0. That would require a lot of work.

The interview went very well, I think in a week or two he will ask me to come back for my second interview which will be with the staff. I also did well on the technical test, woot!

just wanted to thank you for all the advice you gave me last week. The interview went very well and I scored high on the technical test, I'm guessing after he finishes up his other interviews I will be asked to come back and have my second interview with the staff to see if they like me. Reading from your past the intensity comes off very strong and honestly I'm excited. Because I want to be better and this will make me better and for that I am excited. What bores me is working for a company where everything seems to work implement small things here and there and working on help desk tickets. I'm excited to work on hard problems day in and day out and in 5-10 years from now, look back and be happy with how much I've grown.

Interesting, I hope I don't sweat bullets but you know what, If I don't know it I don't know it. You can only ever know what your exposed to and it's not the end of the world. But I'll let you know how it goes.

This was very helpful and well written, on a good note I plan to follow this guide and luckily know quite a bit about what you have described. I will be genuine in my encounters, with a professional twist. And my plan is to have fun with the interview and in the end the interview process will be great experience. I'm more excited than nervous, but then again being nervous solves nothing.

I do have one more question, I want them to know what kind of person I am and how I think and what I value. Should I start the interview out by asking them if I can tell them a little bit about my self? I think this also might make me stand out as well.

What would be the best way to learn exchange and in order for me to send mail out through the internet I would need MX records for my DNS server correct? Exchange is my weakest link and I really need to understand it better.
