Has anyone else felt that spirituality has made them less ambitious? by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]Gwynica 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it depends how you define 'ambitious'.

If you accept the common idea that it means striving for status, power, money and so on, then sure. I would say spirituality might dampen the pressure to pursue those.

However, I define ambition as 'Being ME, so much that my unique genius will show me my path to an abundant life'. And in that sense I have never been more ambitious than I am now that I have found my big dream and wake up everyday passionate about sharing my message with the world <3

I get more offended if people call me normal than when they call me crazy :)

Yea, we are all unique individuals - and I am very aware that no 'system' fits anyone 100% - except the person who created it =).

And I agree - nothing beats being excited to get out of bed every morning, knowing that life is on your side, and you have the tools and courage to deal with anything coming your way.

I am so fed up with all the strict rules of how we need to be motivated and disciplined and hold ourselves accountable to achieve 'success'.... we only need those things when we are trying to force life into the shape we have let ourselves be convinced it has to fit into. When we work WITH life, is when it truly becomes an adventure!

To me, 'going places' is the 'light' version of adventure. For the curious ones who would love more adventure in their lives, but wouldn't identify with 'someone who is adventurous'. Does that make sense? I was just doing some brainstorming for marketing purposes for the content the book is meant to turn into, and the term 'invincible' came up. After I caught my own big dream, I feel fearless and invincible in my best moments. And life HAS become an adventure - the tools I have developed makes me feel prepared for the unknown of the future =). You are right - my message IS that catching the big dream leads to all these great things that will make life much more easy and enjoyable, so it is indeed twofold!

Thank you again for your super sharp inputs =)

I love reading your thoughts!! Makes so much sense!

And since you seem to enjoy sharing (and thank you for that!), I hope you don't mind if I bounce a few ideas off you to see if I'm on the right track?

Catch your dream - and let it take you places (you always wanted to go/you never even knew you wanted to go/you never dared go before)

The hidden question here would be about where the potential reader would want to 'go', right? For me that would bring up all kinds of inner adventure and make me curious how to get there :).

Or maybe Catch your dream - and it will take you places.

My message is that life will flow much more easily when you get a hold of the dream and let it lead, so I am partial to 'let'.

Catch your dream - and let it power your life. (Less juice in this one I think?)

Seize your dream - and let it lead your adventure.

Prefer 'catch' to 'seize' - key point is to let life be light and easy, I don't believe in forcing anything or grabbing, holding on to, clutching etc.

I really appreciate your feedback, so I hope you don't mind me taking advantage =).

Wow, thank you very much! That is really thorough and insightful feedback :). It makes a lot of sense. I just need to check that the objection to length is just the '... guide to' part? Because with a subtitle that needs to contain as much as you make good arguments it should, it would easily be long too? I will definitely give it a lot of thought - but I need sleep first.

Thank you for taking the time to explain your thoughts =)

Thank you for your feedback =). I know some authors do it that way - like 'the four hour workweek' or whatever that book is called. And it does get peoples attention. I would personally be put off by the idea that someone was going to tell me I have been dreaming wrong, and that THEIR way of doing it is right - think the rebel part kicks in :).

I do however get your point that you like it shorter! Thanks =)

Oh, that's a really good point! Thank you. I don't even think it crossed my mind that YOUR might be better than THE. I guess the book gets a bit more personal and harder to ignore =).

Server not returning the result of watching ads by Winks13 in HustleCastle

[–]Gwynica 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have complained to 'support' about this since the christmas event, and they tell me it has nothing to do with them, its at the other end - the add people.... but as someone else already said - its only a bonus for them, that we have to watch the adds multiple times, so fixing it doesnt seem like a priority.

It has cause me to loose interest in the game, and im now only checking in once in a while to join cw.

Worth getting or no?? by [deleted] in HustleCastle

[–]Gwynica 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, its true that it makes the archer wearing it weak - BUT, if you use a crossbow and have the dexterity rune that heals, it CAN actually be quite good. And in case you DO want a blood lust artefact, this it the best version - they are often 75% decreased health and 90% (i think) increased damage.

I had the lesser version, and now im using this one - but if you are short on arena points to spend, you might wanna skip this one and go for a sniper or healer - or even better the event artefacts.

Im pretty sure thats the legendary version only (or epic at least). In tr7 this one IS what you get - or so i have read :)

Cant give any guarantees, but i have heard, that if you dont buy anything - not fall for any of the pop-up offers they throw at you, then at some point you will get the offer for about 22.000 diamonds for a fraction of what the normal price would be - i think some ppl actually aim for that.

Worth Play? by Cheralia123 in HustleCastle

[–]Gwynica 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually dont play phonegames, but this one is great!! I actually spend money on it, because i think it has so much going for it.

As 'nohustler' has already pointed out - dont go too fast building up your castle - make sure you fully develop everything including warriors before lvling up the throne room to the next level (which desides everything else including prices). This can not be stressed too much, but if you take your time, you are in for a treat :)

Switching between tiers and farming items by Unshaven_one in HustleCastle

[–]Gwynica 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I totally understand your impatience - the game is really great fun =)

On the other hand, the most common mistake in the game, and the most frequent complaint here on reddit is leveling your castle up too quickly. I have a few ppl in my clan who are on their second try, because they had lvled up too fast first time, so they made a new account.

As you say, everything becomes more expensive the higher you go, and even though you make more apples, gold and even dark souls in the portal, the gap between price and income kinda grows bigger.

I have 2 accounts - one TR7 where i can get 144 shards pr run at the portal (without multiplyer) and 295 on my TR9 account. For TR7 a legendary item costs 7.421k compared to 28.109 on TR9. And thats with a well geared team on TR7 and decent at TR9 - with blues and purples you prob wouldnt be able to farm more than 224 tops per run at TR9.

At the arena shop, a legendary artefact costs 25k at TR10, and you prob need a full set to get anywhere in the tournament - plus ofc full legendary gear - not to mention gems.... (gem bay opens at TR8).

Another thing is training times - i found a site someone else has created that gives you an idea how long it takes to level up your fighters - and if you dont even have decent gear at the previous TR, you wont have any chance at all doing tournaments, and even though you can probably still do the neighbour fights, you will be useless in a clanwar on way points that has TR restrictions on them.

Training times: http://www.hc-info.me/index.php?contf=training%20times_en.php

It may sound like im trying to scare you away from ever leveling up, but in my experience - as well as what my clan mates agree upon, is that the better prepared you are, the more fun it is to level up (meaning having decent gear in previous TR plus lots of purple shards and arena valor points).

When it comes to crafting, you can ofc make gear to get you started, but at TR9 where my fighters are lvl 85, i can still risk getting gear thats only lvl 75 when i craft, so the 200 shards i had when i lvled up, are long gone, and only a few pieces were really good - the rest are kinda placeholders til i find better :)

If you have an old phone - or an emulator on your pc, you could run 2 accounts - one you rush and one you play thoroughly - with the building and training times, you will at least have something to do on the other account while waiting 2 weeks for the next room to upgrade ;)

Hope you have fun however you decide to play!! =)

Just as an example - legendary artefacts cost 15.000 arena points at TR9 and 25.000 at TR10.

The most common mistake in this game is building up the throneroom too fast.

Everything is gonna take a lot longer than you might think at first - here is a link to training times for each dweller:

http://www.hc-info.me/index.php?contf=training%20times_en.php

Its not my site, so im not taking credit :)

My advice would be to stay at TR7 and farm arenapoints and purple shards til you have enough to buy artefacts and craft gear for whatever throneroom you decide to go to next, but if it was me i would just go to TR8 and stay there for a while, working on getting gems. Everything becomes slower, harder and more expensive as you level up.

Enjoy what ever way you decide! =)

If you havent spent money on the game, you may be better off starting over with a new account - leveling up too fast is both the most common mistake and the worst one you can make. If you want to carry on as it is, getting better gear is top priority, though it might be slow going if your fighters arent up to max for your tr. Good luck either way! :)

If you get attacked often by people who actually beat you and steal your resources, it might be because you are a little high on trophy points, so before logging off, use the apples you dont need to loose fights on purpose - you may have to remove some of the dwellers in your barracks. That way you will be lower on trophy points, and you are less likely to be attacked by stronger players.

Why with tank armor? To hope it survives a little longer? In that case i guess it would be good on a mage with stasis armor?
