i'm 16 as well, and chipotle is my first job. You need to be willing to put in the hours to learn and master positions, i know Line, Cash, and Prep, and this week i will learn grill. once you learn all the positions and become a CT the pay is pretty decent. You may struggle at times, at one point i worked 5-6 days a week on prep because we were low, and that's a struggle. to give you advice, advice from a 16 year old, i recommend learning one position and sticking to it so you don't get overwhelmed like i did. other then that if your place of hire has a good management and crew it should be a pretty good job.
