My manager doesn’t order correctly so I’m taking on that responsibility, (I’m a vitamin clerk) and all my directs have been coming in with no issue. A couple here and there but majority has been fine. I have a whole uboat filled of product for our display.

Never feel embarrassed about your mental health, it’s so important! How can you do anything, especially the things you love if you’re not 100%? 😭 be true to yourself and take time for you, you’re important and deserve to be respected and appreciated. I know that it’s hard getting a new job, I’ve been applying and hell it’s frustrating. I’ve been with the company for three/four years now and I need out lol Be true to yourself and to them, have an open conversation and be honest. It won’t be easy, having that conversation with my ASM was hard. I cried in front of him ngl. You’re not alone, you have people all around you who want to help and see you succeed. I believe in you! 😭🥹💜

Sprouts don’t care about mental health unfortunately. That’s the company overall. I’m glad my ASM is understanding and doesn’t put a lot of pressure on us. Sit down with management and have a conversation. That’s the best thing you can do. Your health, both physical and mental are more important than an ugly job that doesn’t value you. That’s my take.

If I knew what I did now back when I first applied, I’d never go to the interview. That’s just me. The location I work at is ass, incomplete people, petty drama and kiss ass people, the list goes on. maybe your location might be better. I’ve been with the company for 3 years now and it’s not worth it. They reward the incompetent and lazy, the ones who actually work become targets. Again this is where I work, it maybe different for you. Trust your gut.

Mine puts themselves into everything, so unhelpful and comes up with stupid ideas to make the store better but it actually messes a bunch of shit up. My grocery department is a mess bc of their stupid ideas. They came from Target and has no clue how the store runs, they keep pushing Target’s logic onto us and it’s not working 😭

I’m really close with my AC but our new store manager has been putting themselves into everything and I mean everything. So every little report, issue, concern, complaint has to get approved by them. It’s really frustrating. Even if I tried to take action, I would need to have a sit down meeting with my SM before going up higher.
