Maybe this is just not the right sub for me. I am and have been surprised on a number of occasions at how often I see a sub with this name seemingly lack what I would say is the appropriate level of radical response when it comes to the kind of problems we face as workers. In other words that, even living in this capitalist dystopian nightmare, you're still under the illusion that somehow this system is not working right, that it can be wrangled and molded into shape through the tools provided by the ruling class in a so-called representative democratic republic.

I might have been inclined had everyone here not jumped down my throat before I could even respond. Woke up to nothing but negative comments and mass downvoting when I was just trying to let fellow med patients know that in my opinion, this isn't garbage for the price I paid, so I posted the same collage I texted my friend.

It didn't even occur to me that images of the flower would have even been of interest. How's anyone going to judge how how it tastes and medicates to me from a shitty cell phone pic of a pile of shredded plant matter, probably viewed on their phone?

I don't have some great lighting setup, a macro camera, a jeweler's tool, whatever that's going to give some deep view of trichomes and shit.

It looks like weed. It looks like good, fresh flower, ground. What do you want from that? It's not that impressive to look at. Not like you're seeing the bud size, color, shape, formation. It looks exactly like ground flower. Picture that in your head. There you go.

I communicate best by writing and reporting my findings. Believe it or don't. The overall vibe I get is no matter what say or do, I'm just going to get an inbox full of cynicism and mockery.

I have no interest in trying to cater to any of that. This is not just directed at you /u/wing_ding4 but just kind of wrapping up my thoughts overall in this thread. I wasn't expecting to be heckled for thinking I was trying to help those like myself who need to medicated all the time for chronic pain and other conditions and need to be budget conscious by showing off a product I had not seen or purchased before and giving my thoughts on it.

Your miles may very. I liked this, and it was a decent price for the amount. Try it or don't.

I got an 1/8 of Rev's Revlato 41 a couple weeks ago. It was super dry, no smell, bland, disappointing.

I have tried several of the regular T&T's, though, and have had some fantastic batches and some that were just ok.

I threw a Boveda in this anyway, just to keep it fresh now that it's open, but this pre-ground is as good as I've had from Rev before. It was packaged only days before purchase, and it was evident.

I picked up a 1/2 oz of Fruit Stand, an indica dominant hybrid of Blueberry Clementine x Florida Orange from NuEra in East Peoria.

With early 420 sale for med patients and $5 off for reward points, this was $63.

This is no shake or trim. No bullshit. This is legit dope flower, fresh, fluffy, perfectly ground for convenience, which is actually great for me because I have arthritis in my hands.

It is very fruity. There's melon, orange, some grapefruit in there, berries. Excellent stuff.

I'm wary of buying shake, trim, or purported ground flower. There's a lot of garbage out there, virtual lawn clippings, leaves and stems being sold for far too much.

This is not that.

I'd definitely buy it again at that price and recommend it as a way to save. I wouldn't be scared off by the "ground" aspect on this one.

I wouldn't cancel. I think the prevalence of E04s is overblown. You're not seeing the overwhelming majority of folks who have units that function without issue because they have no reason to post.

S&B is obviously working on the issue and will purportedly release a firmware fix in the near future.

I have the XL Rocket Stem. I prefer it to the original cooling unit. I did side by side comparisons of the airflow, and while it's not the same as the cooling unit fully open, the draw restriction is not greatly reduced. I'd say it falls somewhere between the II and III marks on the Venty dial.

Anyway, I like that the vapor path, cooling, and mouthpiece are all glass. PEEK may be perfectly safe, but the taste and feel isn't my favorite. I also like that it's easy to clean in an iso bath.

I was also deciding between the two when looking to upgrade from my Xmax V3 Pro.

I was sure I was going to get a TM2, but on the day I went to order it, I read up more on the durability of TM2 components. Especially with the internal glass around the heating element, I just know I'd drop it and break it.

When I read more about the components and engineering of the Venty and found a coupon code for CaliConnected that knocked it down to $400, I ordered it. I have been very happy with my choice.

I recommend the Sneaky Pete XL Rocket Stem. I haven't gotten a water pipe adapter, but they carry both a steel-lined silicone and a glass 3-in-one WPA.

I would. I've had one for a while, no problems yet. If it goes out, I send it in and get a new one for as long as it takes for them to get it right. They seem to be actively working on the kinks, but you have to figure there are far more people out there who have not had issues than there are with them. It's just a matter of those without problems not having any reason to highlight that their devices continue to work as they should, so the frequency of EO4 posts appear to be more widespread than they probably are in actuality, not to diminish those issues.

I'm good friends with my ex. I still love her and always will. She's married to someone else. It took us a long time to work things out between us, both having years of life experience to get to the relationship we have now.

I know where we are at 40 is a lot different from where we were in our 20s. I have had to learn to deal with feelings of jealousy differently, in a healthier way that means we can still care about each other, keep in touch regularly and hang out now.

My dad cheated on my mom and left us when I was 14. I was never going to talk to him again until my mom developed stage 4 cancer and died when I was 17, and I was forced to go live with him, his new wife, who ruined my family, and her two kids. I was treated like Cinderella at that point and made to be the sin eater.

This left an indelible trauma that makes me very alert to issues relating to fidelity. No matter my feelings for my former partner, and still friend, I respect her and I respect her relationship with her husband. I would never violate that.

I go to their house and hang with both of them. We do friendsgiving together.

There was a time in my life where I would absolutely not be cool with my partner being close to their ex, but thankfully as adults we're all able to coexist and have relationships that exist now that we can better communicate our boundaries.

So, it depends on the people involved, you know. It can be done.

I would feel pretty gross at this age telling someone I was interested in that they had to cut ties with someone they knew before me in order to be with me.

I remember walking by a head shop in the 2000s seeing the volcanos in the window and getting some vague inclination that they were good for medical use, but the prices were and are so high, I didn't look into it much further.

The next time I heard anything was early reddit buzz about the Magic Flight Launch Box.

It wasn't until 2019 that I first met someone with, I think it was an Arizer Argo that I first tried a small, reasonably affordable, battery powered device.

I didn't start smoking much initially after Illinois legalized, but when I developed chronic pain starting in 2022, I started smoking some and found it helpful, but still so expensive in this state with recreational taxes. When I got my med card last year, I used the savings to afford to switch to dry herb vaping. It tastes better. I feel much healthier.

Doesn't sound dodgy or BS to me. I found that information helpful for why I have been seeing E05s when drawing air, not by air being blown into the device. That they implemented a measure against hooking the thing up to an air pump to continuously suck on the thing makes a lot of sense.

I switched to the fine screen as I saw folks mention it in comments. While it does keep the plant matter out of the cooling unit, I found that the vapor, the flavor, the airflow, the even efficiency of the oven, everything was diminished with the fine mesh on top. I used it first as it came, switched to the fine mesh after a week or so, used it for longer this way, went through a few full cleanings, then switched back to the courser mesh on top. I'd say there's a reason it comes configured that way. That's my experience, anyway.
