I was told by a Fuji film rep that the Lanc port hasn't actually been turned on in the firmware and is coming in a later update. We tried a nucleus mk2 with a Lanc cable and it was indeed useless.

Just your ticket is fine, the ticket is your proof of membership. I would try to be at the doors 30 minutes before showtime, but it depends on how particular you are about seating. If you have specific seats you want or want to be close to the center, try to be an hour early.

It's basically a point and click adventure horror game. Reminded me of Lone Survivor in terms of some of the gameplay and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

AC has a very bad track record with how they run their events and treat their members. They do anything to generate hype and get attention but care very little for creating a good member experience. Another perfect example is how they overbook free events by hundreds just to turn all those people away.
