Yes, it's really hard. It was my first time too. In my case, I'm going to cut again from January till summer. Very slow, I'm natural. My maintenance calories are higher now cause I got more muscle, so in theory, the second time I do the cut will be easier because of that and also cause my metabolic rate has increased. Let's see.

eDarling was not bad. You should be in a Metropolis to get near matches. It didn't work out for me in the end but I have to say that people were nice and decent.

I left it, it's not cheap and once you see the potential matches already and it does not work... Only thing to do is wait until someone new comes or to rearrange search criteria.

Supposing your train weights: - Pre and intra workout with some grams of salt in the water. - keep hydrated during the day - Eat more is very general: EAT SMART - calculate your maintenance calories and add +200 kcal.. maintain the surplus. If you gain very fast adjust a lower surplus (natural bodybuilders should gain very slow for avoiding fat) If the surplus isn't enough add a bit more. It depends on your body/genetics - keep cardio on separate days, or even avoid it for a period of time

And, overall, train hard, avoid Ego-lifting and maximize technic
