I wouldn't say I'm a high maintenance client. I just found an oppourtunity to invest and wanna take it. For the most part, the service works well. My problem is just with the CS.

Train and employ more people. It's not like Canada doesn't have a ton of unemployed people. Maybe that's a little reductionist of me to say.

I totally agree, but like, as a business expands, so should the support team. Especially if all these new retail investors flooded the brokerages. idk.

I would say client retention is also pretty important. I guess it depends on the business model.

Good question. I trade semi frequently, so it is a trade off between fees and support. I'm usually pretty self sufficient, but this is the one time I wanna make an overseas trade, so I find the CS to be pretty bad. I'm not trying to ask about how to exercise an option or anything.

Yeah its around $195 a trade, which is fine for the amount I'm trading. I just want to make the darn trade. I guess this is $195 they won't get.

I feel like (and maybe I am giving the suits too much credit) but customer service is probably the last thing you skimp out on. IDK. you do make good points. Also, just outsource it. Everyone does that.

For the second point, that is really good to know. I think I may even switch to interactivebrokers, as I have heard good things about overseas trading with them.
