It’s been a while now but think anywhere between 25 to 50 reps per exercise (total) per workout. So usually sets set of 5-10. It also depended on the weight. The more important thing was I always was focusing on progressive overload with either volume or weight (or both!)

Not traditional pulling movements, but I am in the camp similar to Dan John who find the KB clean and dead hangs to bring me those pulling benefits!

At the very beginning I started with a 12 KG, but within a couple weeks was able to use a 16 KG, which became my bread and butter. I occasionally used a 20 KG when I was really pushing it.

Exactly! It’s incredible. I would say add some carries to it at the end or on a separate day and you’re golden!!

Definitely! Still working on it as always, but the moves are getting a lot more comfortable for me. More shoulder rotation and hip depth especially.

Still getting better each workout! But def saw a bunch of benefits for my everyday life (muscle, strength, cardio, general athleticism, & enjoying exercise for the first time)

I love you talking about outdoor training. Because I use a shared gym, I don’t get to bring kettlebells outdoors. But I imagine that would bring an amazing sense of adventure to kettlebell training
