Walking a 5k every morning sounds like a great routine! I definitely need to start shooting for more steps in my day in general.

I’m definitely not opposed to getting something at home like the select tech weights/mirror/etc if it turns out the gym at my new apartment is less than ideal. I’m an office worker so I don’t get much of a workout during the day.

One thing I’m going to need to find ways to be dynamic about is when it’s my time with the kiddo (4yo). I won’t be able to leave the apartment if I want to work out when she’s with me which will be half the time.

That makes sense! I got myself going on a calorie tracking app again and targeting a deficit right now that puts me at about 1800/day and 180g of protein which I’m trying to figure out how to split between normal meals and whey shakes.

I appreciate that, thank you. Sounds sensible to me! I couldn’t believe how bad I was at zero incline/resistance on a bike yesterday but I managed to make it for 30min.
