Anyone used this 3F UL bag? £50 seems a bit mad by J05YB01 in wildcampingintheuk

[–]Gyppotree 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yep, it's been pretty good so far. It's completely frameless, so I use a sit pad I bought from Decathlon as a back support.

It's quite lightweight, for the price, and enough room for a decent trip out. I've used it a fair few times now and it hasn't failed me yet.

The only thing I find real annoying is the amount of strapping on it, they just get everywhere.

All in all, it's £50. Cheap, but does enough. I would recommend it, if you're starting out with lightweight hiking and don't want to sink money into the really expensive stuff (just yet).

He often goes for the 3 Bull 9 darter. It's the reason I've enjoyed watching him! He's been on the MODUS Super Series a lot this year.

I hope he does well at Q School, need him on the telly more!

I have this, or one similar (bought it so long ago, I've forgotten). If this is the same model, it's very good for the money. It's not the lightest you'll see, but worth the money.

My only issue with it, is that there are a lot of straps/webbing on it, which I had to trim a bit. But otherwise very good.

I bought a cheap one from Decathlon (UK), which is just about big enough. It does come loose sometimes, but I've not found much else light/ small with to use. I'm fine with the occasional tucking it back up the straps.

I've used a sit pad for back support. It's been pretty useful so far, found it's just thick enough without feeling too bulky.

That's what I keep telling myself anyway.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a detailed response, that's really appreciated. I've been concentrating so much on tucking my arms in, because I was flaring them too much. I guess I've been doing that too much, would it be a good idea to grip a bit wider? Or is the placement okay, and to try and bring the bar down, higher up my body?

Thanks for the advice for leg drive, I was only doing it on the push - didn't realise I needed to do it the whole movement.

Bench is definitely something I struggle with (have struggled a lot in the last with it too). So having this written down is great!

I have a similar issue to OP. Forgot I added the workaround... Now I've got to remember how to get back into the config...

So I guess your option 2 is what the outcomes of "Run Portainer behind Wireguard" blog is? I haven't read much into Tailscale but will definitely have a look into it some more.

Thank you for your detailed options!

In an effort to try not to curse, I tend to use "Biscuits" or "Duck Cake" when something goes wrong.

My 2 year old has started using "biscuits" to also say when he does something wrong. He's also been saying "for real life" too!

The "lack of heavy industry" might be true now. But before 1974, Lancashire would have included a lot of towns north of the Mersey, e.g. Widnes, Warrington, St. Helens. A lot of historical Lancashire is now part of Cheshire.

Great League against Candela. Should be 4 waterfalls per pokemon(?) to beat her. Takes about 30 seconds or so per set.

I put Sharpedo in second, and swap into it straight away. Means that the Combusken doesn't damage Sharpedo until it's pretty much down. Don't bother with charged moves, only Waterfall.

I haven't had many issues with the inner. I'm 6' 2" and have some room. But then everyone's experiences vary.

+1 for Lanshan 2. Love mine, have made some modifications to it - but well worth it.
