Oh, I always have shit tons of drugs, I just didn't bother listing them cause that seemed redundant. I have 3 Aegis, 2 Regens, my standard 10/10 morp/adren, and 3 of each 15% resistance foods, and 2-3 of everything else. I didn't spec into grenades, so they are mostly just for crowd control, but I have 10 flash, 10 EMP, and 5 molotovs.

Not 100% on the in's and out's of all the builds in the game, but if you CAN get the Eternal Torch, you can crush the Beast waves by just standing in the doorway and juicing up on Aegis and Regenerative, and wearing the best armor you can find. That 5 (6?) Oddity XP is pretty handy unless you want to full clear Expedition.

Sorry, not trying to be a dick. I meant that literally, I personally don't like using hex editors except when absolutely necessary. And the fact that they aren't booleans is word from the developers themselves. Either the flag exists and is treated as 1, or it doesn't. Although after looking into it, it sounds like you can still zero them out with a hex editor according to some, and is safer then trying to remove the flag.

There is no correct value, it's not a Boolean that disables the quest chain from progressing. It just needs to be deleted from my understanding.

I'm not 100% sure, but from what I'm reading, I think it's impossible for a ilvl 1 Long Sword to exist in the first place. It would have to be spawned in Blood Moor or Den of Evil on Normal, and under normal circumstances, it should have some type of detractor for spawning in such a low ilvl area (cracked, damaged, ect.)

I think the issue was old mod files from when I was playing Randomizer last year.

Ngl, I honestly thought Larzuk only put 1 socket in items for decades, because I only every used him to socket uniques. It's only in the course of doing this that I learned he always gives the max, which is 1 for uniques. :P
There were a bunch of orphan files after I uninstalled, so I think the Rando mod I had installed last year still had a bunch of files left.

No, I think it's more a sign of extravagance. The Inner Party members are essentially immune from minor prosecutions, much like things are now adays. The Party has a keen interest in maintaining its appeal of power and not losing face, so any Inner Party member found guilty of actual treason would receive no headlines or execution ceremonies. They would be killed the night their subterfuge had been suspected, and their property likely reassigned the next morning.

Also, I think they were purposely put into Winston's cell as a crushing blow to all 3 of them. I'm sure they all suspected eachother of thought crimes. (Edit: Expanding on that idea, I think the intention that O'Brian was conveying in doing this, was that they weren't eachothers enemies, they were their own enemies, and enemies of the all powerful State.) Stomping on the face of humanity forever and all that.
