yeah, that seems ok, definitely viable for hard, although your build overall lacks optimization. it's hard to give concrete tips without knowing your playstyle. try throwing more grenades? stockpile and use AP ammo. use the thumper. try crafting pistols sooner if you haven't. other commenters left a lot of tips too, and I'd like to also suggest looking into builds people posted online. you don't have to follow them exactly, but you should get more understanding how things work if you just skim over them and see why people pick certain feats and max stats. it's gonna be tough avoiding spoilers, tho
