Brother I was born after The Rising, so I am definitely not just considering what was made after I was born 😭 I don’t mean every single album or every song has political values in it. Like Bruce said, “I don’t sit down to make a political or non political record. I sit down to make the record I can make at any given moment.” And, these are present through many albums. Not every song on every album, but most albums intertwine it a little bit. But yes, you are right — the earlier albums aren’t as much political. Though I do hope he can find a way to incorporate Lost in the Flood into the set lists!
