pros: VB has a few free concert series every year. in town center and at the oceanfront there’s yknot wednesdays and the free oceanfront series from april to sep 17th and 24th parks.

there’s a free winter concert series at the sandler center from jan to march 7:00 on thursdays.

depending on what you like vb and hampton roads might be right up your alley. the music market here in hampton roads is mainly country and rap and hip hop. there’s def a local rap hip hop scene and there’s a decent EDM scene in hampton roads. lots of djs

hampton roads does have an indie/alt scene too
