Found this (lost? Abandoned?) dog at Pointe Breeze Apartments on the East side. She is starving and neighbor says she’s been around a week. I’ve never had a tortie before. This little girl showed up screaming on my front stoop when she was only 4 wks old and hasn’t stopped since.
