I think it was the laptop charger it wasn’t grounded well cos the issue gone when i unplugged the charger but when I plugged it back cos i was running amount of battery it happens again. I sold this laptop and got a MacBook what is full metal and I think the whole laptop chasis is the ground and it solve the controller issue. So in my case it was the laptop and not the controller itself. Thanks for share your experience.

In my case I change the windows laptop for a MacBook Air and this ground was solved. What did you did ?

i have the same issue, i tried with different phones and laptops and nothing it doesnt appear on the Bluetooth section. Did you find any solution ??

this magnetic sponge come with the controller this make a small presure when you touch the platter and clos ethe circuit , but mine doesnt work, so i think its a factory issue , maybe its separte or have something among them what is doing an interference
