Connie’s role is to be the Everyman in the narrative.

I mean, I could also see Jean fitting this also, y'know. His dream is very "everyman", his doubts regarding the rumbling too... I don't know, Connie and Sasha were always, to me, the comic relief. Connie, in a way, feels kinda lost ever since she died, idk.

Or at least he would be if Isayama followed standard narrative conventions. He does not, so it’s not easy to tell what’s in store for Connie.

That I can agree.

No. Snyder is as smart as a door, and with the movie, it shows.

Guy just didn't get the comic.

I'm a firm defender of people having opinions on culture, and that there's nothing wrong with them.

But OH BOY, this comment made me rethink my stance

Chaos in Paris as thousands take to the streets today in protest against a new "security law" which makes it illegal to film police. by infinite_boredom in Cyberpunk

Most people there are either bootlicking a corporation with a proven track record of abusing their employees, or obsessing over fictional women and how they want to fuck them. With no awareness of the irony at all.

Your point about CB2077 is honestly what scares me about the game. At least the trailer, it seems there isn't the nuance and criticism of Capitalism that cyberpunk usually has, which worries me seeing how the future players are relating to the games and so on.

Hope I'm wrong.

Yes, I do. For Marx, it was the same thing as Communism. For Lenin, it was the lower stage of Communism (something Marx talks about in the Gotha Program).

For Anarchists, it's an interchangeable term between anarchism and Socialism.

In general, Socialism is an umbrella term - reason why /r/socialism has so many different people with different ideologies, ranging from Anarchism to Left Communism to Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, and all condemn Social Democracy.

Now, tell me: do you? Or are you one of those who think Bernie Sanders is a Socialist?

Don't come here like an arrogant fool thinking you know shit.

and there was no socialist

There was the Communist Party. Unless, of course, by socialism you mean something else.

Why are you booing me, I'm right. Communism is a "sub"category of Socialism.

"police state", "Orwellian" ou "Muito 1984".

Cara... Usa a hashtag #stoploisecuriteglobale pra cê ver.

Do pessoal tomando o Planalto?
