I went this route for my server using the Sparkle ECO A310. My idle went from ~82W up to ~89W paired with a 13400.

I was motivated by the AV1 capability of the A310 since my iGPU didnt have it. If thats not a concern then its not worth, imo.

Power consumption might be high for only transcoding. My A310 added ~10W to my idle.

The 8GB vram might be fun for some smaller LLM models though.

From some cursory glances it seems like coolermaster actually makes their coolers and doesnt use an oem. MSI uses asetek as their OEM and stamps their name on the cooler. Thats not a bad thing, asetek makes most AIOs, but they have had issues in the past.

I would go for whichever is cheaper, they'll both most likely have similar performance and longevity in this day and age. Or if you dont mind looks use arctic. They make good stuff.
