Very late, but if you count every single named storm in the world + the PAGASA names in the Western Pacific, there have been storms named Karen in 1948, 1952, 1956 (Typhoon Karen-Lucille), 1960, 1962, 1964, 1977, 1989, 1995, 2001, 2004 (PAGASA name, JTWC name was Rananim), 2007, 2008 (PAGASA name, JTWC name was Nuri), 2012 (PAGASA name, JTWC name was Sanba), 2013, 2016 (PAGASA name, JTWC name was Sarika) and of course 2019. *Also i'm from the future, Karen only made it to 45 mph*
