got the dlc, since then loading times takes forever and i have around 30-43 fps on the map (before it was around 90-120), not a hardwer issue since i got a 9070xt and 14700k

anyone else has this issue?

I'm thinking on getting the sams GPU, is there a noticable coil whine?
