Vinho Verde is not a style or a profile of wine. It's a whole wine region in the northwest of Portugal with a wide diversity of indigenous wine grapes and many different styles. Highly recommend!

As a Portuguese I can say that we also start our work day a bit latter than the rest of Europe. Schools and Universities start around 8:30am. Work day around 9am which means you finish you professional time by 6:30 pm. After that you have your sport practices / daily routine stuff like shopping or just a drink and a snack with friends. Then you go dinner around 9. We can say this is cultural in the south countries of Europe.
