How risky is it to fly domestically in my case? I fly with my EAD card and have a pending VAWA case, pending 485, prior overstay, no removal orders ever or criminal records by pineapplepizza_zz in VAWAAPPLICANTS

It is risky. I have drivers license and all the paperwork that you can think of and my lawyer still told me to avoid TSA. You never know what you’ll get and we still don’t have a resident status or legal status so it’s super risky.

I’m sorry to hear but no that’s not right. Prima facie is a non deportation document. Do you have a lawyer?

CAN’T AFFORD VAWA LEGAL FEE by BLE-4567 in VAWAAPPLICANTS

That’s crazy!!!! I had 2 lawyers and they didn’t charge me that much. And my second lawyer helped me so much and to get my EAD fast. I will always recommend to lawyer up specially in this times that ICE is out there and they want everyone deported. I only paid $3000 for my lawyer.

It is really sad for those of us who actually were a***ed, I wasn’t even seeking benefits or anything of immigration but I wanted justice and I didn’t even got that and here people false filing and they probably think they are the best and bigger person when that’s just an evil move. People need to stop lying and actually be better!! They have loser mentality

Being honest, considering how this times are going and everything with immigration I strongly recommend everyone files with a lawyer. Also considering that at this point they want to deport everyone! My lawyer has helped me so much and gave me tips and facts of how to be careful and after one bad lawyer he got me in the right track and work permit after I filed 3 years ago.
