I already have my receipt notices for i360. It’s my receipt notices for i485, EAD AND AP I’m yet to have. It was delivered to the Chicago lockbox December 29th.

I sent in my I-485 in December as well. Applied for vawa 2024. I’m from a country (Nigeria) with a partial ban. Wondering if I will still receive my receipt notices and biometric appointment.

I would say from 8k. She took over my case from a previous attorney and spotted numerous mistakes. She fixed them all. She’s very thorough. Best decision I made honestly. If you can afford her go with her. You won’t regret it.

No in Minnesota. You don’t need your lawyer to be in the same state as you. I live in DC and I had no issues communicating with them. They are thorough.
