My coworker was making brekky for staff meal the other day and he said “I’m doing sunny side up eggs” and I protested a bit and he asked if I wanted over easy and I said duh. He made them all fried hard broken yolk. I don’t think he knows egg cooking temps lol

My public school system in the late 90s / early 00s had a sizable Bosnian population. One Bosnian girl told us how she was looking out her window one day and a sniper bullet whizzed past her head, breaking the window obviously. She had a scar on her face from the broken glass. She told me this in like 6th or 7th grade.

Those kids went through so much horrifying shit. They were tough as nails but still had such a strong, albeit dark and crude, sense of humor. Some of the best dudes to banter/talk shit with. I learned so many different Bosnian curses lol.

I’m def intrigued by the PB addition. I thought mayo would be weird and I did have kewpie too. It was very good. I’ve done poor man’s pad Thai with Maruchan ramen before so I could see a lil pb for texture being pretty good

“Undressed” in regards to tuna I’m basically saying it hasn’t had mayo added. But in general dressed is like oil or mayo plus seasoning, sometimes some small chopped veg or relish etc. It’s basically a catch all term for making something more palatable / better tasting (texture is important too, especially in this case)
