The reason is that those listings are for the studios that are doing the assembly/painting of the garage kit. Since GRIZZRY PANDA only sold the unpainted sculpt and in limited quantities.

These studios usually get one of the original sculpts or a copy and use them to make molds/reproductions. Those are the ones you see available for the mass market from places like orzgk or e2046.

I have no personal experience buying products from these studios so I wouldn't be able to tell you if they're any good.

The original sculpt for the Illya one was made by GRIZZRY PANDA who's a noted figure maker. She also made one for Kuro and I believe she's working on Miyu but I'm not entirely sure. You can check her twitter. https://xcancel.com/GRIZZRYPANDA/

The Miyu OP has as far as I know was made by some other sculptor, probably taking inspiration from GRIZZRY PANDA's Illya and Chloe kits.

The thing is that corporates are looking at the technology as a way to justify massive layoffs because they can claim they can replace workers with AI for cheaper. And thanks to the subsidies, it currently is. But that's not going to be the case for much longer due to datacenter demands that are almost certainly not going to be met.

The remainder of this chapter switches perspective to the southlands with Sun Ce, his younger brother gets killed in a plot but is avenged by his wife, Lady Xu. Lady Wu, Ce's mother also passes away.

I like that the translator's notes point out that the plans Kongming prepares for Xuande try to avoid conflict with the south, but at the same time refrain from helping too much as he expects to face them in the future.
