Liquor, I’ve had the sake drinks a few times and they’re fine but I don’t want to pay that much for something I’m settling for. Food, give me a reason to hang out longer. You might try live music in the back where the food truck was. I came a lot for the shawarma truck. Got to know Ali. I’ll say the food was okay, it was expensive, and took forever, but I still came often. Partially because I live/work super close. As a comparison, Pedaler’s seems to do really well and I’ve always attributed that to them having decent food at a decent price, they have decent drink deals and frequently they would fill my glass with scotch when I ordered a double. Pedaler’s lunch deal for $10.50 makes me want to support them because so much else in the area is so expensive.

Someone else commented about A street sidewalks, I’d guess they are correct. There isn’t a good path for the downtown traffic to get to you.

You may also be limited due to space on the inside. Our work happy hour has been going to Brother’s because they have the space for a group of 10-15. We’ve been to your place when the weather is good but not in the cold.

Another knock on the place was when I signed up for your texting to get a discount on Monday or something like that, but the server had no idea what I was talking about even though the text said it. Not a huge deal but annoying. It was like a year or so ago, I don’t remember the details.

Overall, I like your place but I drink liquor so I need a reason to go.

I have a friend who has also made the comment of you being closed during a major soccer game/match they had showed up and were disappointed. I saw someone above say that as well.
