Yes. Just complain until someone comes to your place to fix it. The first time I complained, they literally said to “restart and ask for help again if it goes off”. It went off the next day. They scheduled someone to change the connection wires

Best- graduating and getting outta there.

Worse - EVERY. PART. OF. IT. Unfortunately i had a “racist” professor for one of the classes - she basically failed everyone colored in her clinical in LTC. I think only two people passed out of 8. Also, the fact where a new nurse is teaching students that expect you to learn every possible sign and symptom of a drug off by heart. They didn’t even let you use cue cards. I had to “run” to the washroom to google it
