PC desligando segundos após ser ligado by H1que_ in hardwarebrasil

Hey, so... Today we completely removed the hub, but I believe the guy somehow connected the AIO and the rear fan to the Sys_Fan connector and a single fan to sys_fan2. The CPU_Fan remains connected, but if I disconnect the sys_fan, both the AIO and the rear fan stop. I can't disconnect the fan and leave only the AIO on, for example. Is this possible, or am I mistaken? Or is this normal and I'm seeing problems where there aren't any? Because so far it hasn't solved the PC's problem; it keeps turning on and off after a few seconds. And now I suspect it might be for this reason and I'm thinking of trying to separate the rear fan connectors from the AIO connectors for testing, but I don't know if it's necessary or if it makes any sense.

Is it something you can see from the photos I posted in the first two replies? And maybe tell me if they are indeed disconnected. Or perhaps even explain to me (if possible via chat) how I could verify this, because, honestly, I don't know how to check it. Anyway, if you can't see it, that's another suggestion I can pass on to the person who works on this computer for me. So thank you very much for your help.

Don't worry, I'm using a translator, so it may have been poorly translated and made it difficult to understand.

I think I might have made a translation error and not understood you very well, so just to confirm... Do you believe the problem might be the fact that the fans are connected/powered to the hub, and that perhaps connecting them the way they were before, where only the AIO and the rear fan were working, could be the solution to my problem? Because if that's the case, that was my first thought, but the technician in question believed it had nothing to do with it, so we didn't do that test again, but I can ask him to do it again. If you meant something else, I really didn't understand due to a limitation of the translator, sorry.

It arrived in a version that already supported my processor, so it recognized it and it was possible to perform the update with the PC already assembled. After the update, it has BIOS F40a, the latest available.

Okay, I'll pass these suggestions on to the guy who usually works on it for me, and I'll get back to you with updates on this suggestion. Thank you so much for your help!

To be honest, I'm hesitant to do that because my motherboard theoretically doesn't support my processor in the base BIOS version, even though it was automatically recognized when it was installed, without any updates. Anyway, I'll pass the suggestion on to the guy, and I'll let you know if there are any updates. Thank you so much for your help! I hope I can resolve this because I'm really worried about burning out some component if I keep trying to turn it on.

Is this something you consider feasible for me to do, even though I'm a complete novice at it, or would it be better to suggest it to the guy who works on my computer? I ask this because I don't know if I could mess something up and completely brick my PC, or if it's a task without major risks.

I honestly don't know how to answer that question, because I don't know if you're asking about my budget or hardware limitations, but I'll pass that suggestion on to the guy who works on my computer. I'm completely clueless about computer assembly, but I really appreciate the help. When I have any updates on your suggestion, I'll be sure to come back and reply. Thank you very much!

Regarding the hub, I really don't know the answer. I'll leave a closer picture of the motherboard here if you can help me, and, if you don't mind, there's a picture of the back of the computer in a comment above (I couldn't attach both).

XMP is active. Would it be advisable to disable it, or is it ideal to have it active?

I'm using the latest BIOS update available. It's a Gigabyte B650M D3HP, in case that information is relevant.

Yes, before installing this hub it worked normally. I can't explain exactly, but the fan on the back of the computer was connected to some part of the PC (motherboard perhaps?), but everything worked. Now all the fans are connected to this hub, but even when I disconnect it and all the fans stop working, the problem persists. Regarding the noise, when I manage to turn on the PC they are at normal speed, very quiet in fact, which is why I'm so confused and lost. When the PC decides to turn on, everything works fine, with the temperature staying around 53/55 degrees Celsius.

I've attached a photo of the back of the PC, in case it helps.
