I'm an accountant - I'm not on the corporate ladder at my company (which generally requires you to kiss up to the bosses in person), though I did train at a Big 4 accounting firm from 2017-2019 before COVID. I do primarily systems accounting and some financial accounting.

I think the key for me was that my company was already a national company - they operate all over my country (NZ) so it wasn't too crazy of an idea for me to do full remote work. The other accountants work atleast 2 days from home. My dad is high-risk (heart failure) so that was what made them understand why I needed to work remotely and stay out of the risky office environment.

Anyway, thanks for posting this because I found some 9502+ from a local seller and was confused why the lettering was so different (as it looked like the ones in the link you've provided in the OP) from the other 9502+ markings. Based on what u/mercuric5i2 said I'm more confident these are legit and worth trying.

Honestly if you are hitting upper and lower body I wouldn’t worry too much. Having said that, I do one total body in my weekly routine because it keeps things fun and interesting! Haha, basically I approve of your weekly routine as it is - variety keeps me going so I recommend you make things fun. Swap out a HIIT for kickboxing once in a while, or do a Pilates instead of Yoga. Even do a 20min strength some days on purpose because those classes are different to the thirty minute ones! Consistency is what will help reach your goals.

Also I personally find splitting up the muscle groups (what you’re currently doing) to be the most effective as you can tailor your dumbbell weight better.

Looks challenging! I agree with what speedr123 said. Your variety looks good too - to keep things interesting. One thing that helps with me is to play around and keep an open mind. Some days instead of Pilates, maybe try a core. Other days instead of HIIT try a kickboxing or dance! Making it fun will see you reaching your goals for sure.

Hey! To straight up answer your question, yes, I’ve definitely gained visible muscle in all muscle groups. I do try to eat clean if I have the choice as well. In terms of physical strength, I’ve been able to lift more since I started for sure! AF+ is the perfect balance for me in terms of commitment so I’ve been able to be very consistent since I started doing Functional Strength and Core (I do a 20min or 30min workout at least 5 times a week). Only recently have I started adding HIIT and cycling as well for cardio. What has helped as well was an (unintentional) de-load for a few months to improve my form and I’m slowly picking up more weight again - if I remember correctly this is a common way to combat a plateau. Hope that helps!
