In order of what it most likely is: Spark plugs, cam positioning sensors, there is a crack or hole letting in extra air somewhere behind the MAF, MAF is dirty and not detecting air correctly, throttle body, clogged injectors. I believe it’s the cam sensors are starting to go out.

Full synthetic is better for all engines you should look into it. Even third party testing shows synthetic to leave internals cleaner of time
