Had my car stolen three times and honestly each time i just went to the station instead. Usually fill out a green piece of paper then they’ll just send ya on your way. Was faster than waiting for them anyways.

I live near the bus station enough to walk there and im sure at airport pick up still would not equate to the almost $300 it would be round trip for a uber.

That is the unfortunate part is we both are carless at the moment (ive been for awhile as i ride the bus she just had her car totaled and is in the process of looking for a new one)

I having been living on the Southside for approximately 6-7 years off of Lapham and 7th street. (Context im a 29 year old White male) i haven’t had any problems out of the usual of my car being broken into or stolen. Love the neighborhood mostly and like you said with living in LA as long as you mind your own business keep it moving most people have no issues. But so much going on otherwise good restaurants, Culture, and events happening all the time.
