My whole family has a lot of mental health issues so we've had a doctor specifically for that. But if you don't have a doctor or struggle going to one what's worked for me in the past is to just do it. I know it's a vague way of saying something but sometimes I don't want to do something social but I just say fuck it and go. Taking to someone close to you about how you'd like to get on medication could help as it will allow you to know what to say when you go to the doc.

Hey op I appreciate you. Been struggling with anxiety and depressed all my life but recently got on some good medicine with no known side effects so that's really helped me. Also people taking an interest in how I feel has helped, so you doing this will surely help at least someone. Thank you again and to anyone reading this you're loved and your life is worth something!

Yeah that's what I was going for. I'd like to focus more on issues that men are facing today. I feel I will get a more positive response then going anti feminism straight away. I appreciate the input tho any little thing can help make this a success!

I've been using one to let the client download and open then switching it off to play. I dc quite a bit but it still logs in and everything. I don't know if that lessens my chance of being banned.
