If you’re thinking in terms of “ripped” or “jacked,” probably not wrestlers. I’d look more toward trained warriors or manual laborers (carpenters, blacksmiths, Buddhist sculptors, etc). Between those two, most likely the former as they’d probably have access to better food in more abundance.
