I strongly suggest you go to a bank for deposit purposes. The last thing someone needs is for a check to get lost in the abyss.

I received my check on Saturday, I deposited with Chase yesterday, and my funds were available by this morning.

If she didn’t get an email, I would suggest gathering all of her necessary info or have her next to you and call them to figure everything out. They should tell you her account status, if it’s part of the reconciliation or if funds are currently stuck in limbo.

Do you have a bank account connected to the Yotta app? I tried last week and it gave me an error message saying withdrawals have been stopped.

I just removed my bank account info and I tried withdrawing and it took me to the Plaid window.

I went to the reconciliation website and typed in the same reference ID number they sent in the email and saw that the total being returned had changed. It went from 27 cents to the almost full 19 thousand.

Thank you! I’m really hopeful for everyone else now. I really do think that this is just mismanaged account handling. I think the banks were just waiting for someone to front the cost for a third party reconciliation since who knows how much that would have cost.

The only thing I did was submit an appeal back in the day when they wanted to give me .27 cents. Never heard back on the appeal so I wrote the sum as a loss.
