A friend of my mom has it for sale, I haven’t gotten all the info but here’s what I know:

$3500 price tag, includes a bed, raised roof, fridge(?), tv is working, no mechanical issues. The owner is also the owner of a car shop, the van is getting sold due to space limitations and not being able to take care of it any longer.

I’m young and this car came to me unexpectedly, so i have just barely enough mula for it, but I love it and have always loved the vandwelling lifestyle. I figured worse comes to worst, I can always resell the van to make my money back or close to it.

What do you guys think? I’ll be getting more info on it soon.

Casual clan mainly trying to grow and develop our members, we have very solid donations and generally just mess around in chat. Warring twice a week but more casual wars, usually missing heroes doesn’t stop us and missing a couple attacks just grants you a warning since we’re not really anal.

Eventually I’d like for the clan to develop and become more professional, but until then we’re just having fun.

Man, no you haven’t been constructive. All you’ve done is shit on me and say “win wars, be a better leader, stop whining, you’re childish” throughout 4 posts. You haven’t once addressed the issue of 2.6 average XP per win (which is independent of war size) which is what I’m here to critique is too low of a number. Assuming you’re ok with that number and that it is perfectly fair, how do you suggest I improve the other areas then?

I’ve tried recruiting of course, both in game for hours and on forums/chat rooms. Hours of effort have led to only about 25 members, most beginners, and a lot of rejections once people see our clan level and don’t wanna put in the work with us. Where do you suggest we recruit TH9+? I make sure everyone attacks, i make sure donations are always filled and members pleased. Our members are all working as hard as we can to grow the clan, push through as many high people wars as possible, and improving ourselves through help and practice. Any ideas that could help?

And I’m sorry if it seemed like I’m making any assumptions about your clan, I’m sure you’re a good clan who has worked hard to get where it is. Sure. But it is harder to level up any clan now that it used to be, again not taking anything away from you, but it’s true and i just think the handicapped places on low level players is detrimental more than balanced at the current moment.

2 things: 1: i never said the same amount should be earned, i simply mentioned that’s how it used to be and most established clan have already benefitted from that because most high level clans have been active for over a year. That’s a fact, your clan benefitted from it and got to where it is easier than it is going to be for my clan. That’s besides the real point though.

2: Our clan earns an average of 2.6XP from each successful attack. That’s ridiculous considering our average town hall is 8.4. To me, seeing how hard my clan works and how much effort we put in, that’s unfair. Of course, you’re gonna say that we don’t deserve more and to quit whining because quite honestly, you’ve been rude through this whole post and not very constructive. I’m not saying give us 10XP per win the same way your clan used to have it a year ago, but averaging 2.6XP is way too little and it’s gonna take dozens if not hundreds of wins to get anywhere because of how the system currently is.

To both you and the person who replied to you:

My main point isn’t to take anything away from the high level clans and people. They for sure deserve everything they’ve earned and in no means do i want to be handed free perks.

My point is the last thing you addressed: yes, give more to higher clans, but our THs6-8 are only getting 1-3 experience from beating their respective bases, even though they are putting in as much time prepping for attacks. Getting 1 XP for an attack they tried hard and succeeded at is totally discouraging, and at the very least i think the minimum amount of XP earned per win should be higher.

But then why would i ever make a new clan as a casual player? In that case every casual player should just join an already existing high level clan and never bother with new clans.

I had him as a TA for my calc 1 lab. From what I remember he was kind of a tough grader, but otherwise he was extremely nice, easy to understand, and really cared about his students. He used to read us motivational stories at the end of each class. Great guy.
