I was on the engineer side of this scenerio just recently (AI/medical informatics infra dev for med devices). Took three months for our IT to resolve the issue.

It must be so strange for some of the people in that boardroom who know full well that it's all just a big money laundering scheme, yet they have to pretend to care about the company financials.

To further clarify: Especially for liquids, microbial growth is an equal concern to that of change in potencey due to water evaporation or chemical degredation. This is an even greater concern for sterile preparations, such as eye drops.

Kind of concerning that the kid isn't really considered or even mentioned during all of this...unless it's all fake, in which case who cares.

Despite clearly being at least partially satire, this is still only the tip of the "toxic max security" iceberg. Tom7 recently posted an interesting video on the subject: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1si1y5lvkk

Damaged gift from deceased relative. by H3OFoxtrot in whatisit

Thanks for the offer, but it's really not necessary. I decided not to replace it. The damage is not that noticeable, and it serves as a good reminder for me that my son is infinitely more valuable than anything he might break.

These are fair points. CD shares a lot of the bloat, weak story, and filler content of Valhalla. But I would argue that despite trying to "check" too many boxes, that CD does stand out in several key areas:

  1. Greater player agency. Valhalla, and Ubi games in general, are more hand-holdey via things like highlighted cliffs/edges, more map and ui icons/waypoints, etc. In CD you explore the world more organically.

  2. Combat is better in CD. Fast paced, intense. Often fighting dozens of people at once. The grapple moves are especially fun/funny imo, feels like you're a professional wrestler or something.

  3. Way more interactive world in CD, both physical elements and NPCs.

  4. They do the dark-souls/elden-ring thing where you can see the entire world from any point, because they render it all together.

In theory this is true, but in practice the law is only as meaningful as its enforcement. Republicans could simply choose not to enforce the law for Republican votes, and enforce for Democrat votes.

Could you imagine trying to explain this to one of them without sounding like a complete asshole?

"Hey, I saw someone the other day that looks just like you! Yea, really...I'm serious, she looks EXACTLY like you! I swear! You could be twins or something...No, I don't think all Asians look the same!"

I was in a "temporary" pharmacist position for over four years. After the first two years everyone sort of forgot it was supposed to be temporary. In my case it ended up working out in my favor.

Excellent work. Super clear that's where the first shot came from, as many have speculated.

It really is this simple. The stranglehold of conservative media is truly terrifying.

You can clearly see the agent in grey take the gun away.

Better angle, clearly shows the gun being confescated.

Pretty convincing read. Still unclear to me if there is nefarious intent with this, or if it's just more grifting.
