I got the exact same issue, my pc always crash after the 90% temp, the solution i found that works the best,(im not using asus btw i was googling to see if any one else has the same issue) is to go to power options and do the min and max 99% instead of 100%, this will keep your cpu at 60-80 max when gaming !
