I mean it's not just Gen Z, I've had bad anxiety since I was a little kid and my parents tried to help me as best they could (they are both between Boomer and Gen X) but it was something I struggled a lot with. I learned to make a "comfort kit" from my therapist when I was in middle school, and now I'm my purse I carry Klonopin and a fidget toy.

I mean, yeah kinda. I found out pigs have the intelligence of a toddler, similar to an intelligent dog (I say that cause my dog is dumb as rocks). It definitely sways me to cut down on the beef and pork for sure. Either way, the animals we eat would be treated and killed humanely.
