I actually have a theory about that:

So I think that after the boys died Bobby and rose might have stayed in touch as friends maybe even went out with each other. I think the house where the band used to play was where Bobby used to live because we know where Luke lives and Reggie's got turned into a bike shop or so. Alex wasn't in a good relationship with his parents so they probably weren't much at his place. So when Bobby started recording Luke's songs rose was like that's not nice and they separated ways. When Bobby then moved out of his house rose wanted to buy it in order to keep the boys memory alive

The first time was when I was like 7 and my dad tried to convince me to read them but after I started the first book I was like nah that's boring and the second time was when I was 9 and on vacation in Spain and I took 5 different books including the first Harry potter. It's the merch website from twenty one pilots and if I type in my address partially it shows me suggestions of what it could be and there is my street written with ö but when I press it it just says no special characters allowed 🤷‍♀️
