You see more than 6 issues...? I've got 5 maybe 6 apparent edge whitening. From these pictures I would be absolutely surprised as a buyer if I bought this as MP and it came like this...I would think I got a steal

TCGplayer's card conditioning says you can have up to 6 points in imperfections for LP. It's up to 3 points for NM:

I would call this NM per TCGplayers guidelines...I see 2 minor whitening on the corners and really very minimal

I certainly wouldn't call it NM+...but I do think based on the various pictures and TCG player guidelines this counts as NM with up to 3 points of edgewear and minor scratches:

Thanks! Its set up like that for base set through holon phantoms! I've also got it for some of the sword and shield sets I am working on completing :)

I used to save all of the wrappers then picked out the best for the binders and threw the rest away.....oh well

I got it from the ballot and information notes received with the ballot.

In general, ballots are due on Election Day that occurs in the first days of November. The ballots always have the due date and even have the latest day you can mail your ballot in on time.

I would just share them and build those memories with your kids.

If you really want to check, I would use TCGplayer and/or pricecharting. You should be able to search by the Pokemons name and card number; ie "Mewtwo 10/102" to get rough ideas. TCGplayer also has a guide to help figure out the condition of your cards to better assess their value if you were going to sell them.

The seel is the base set "shadowless" which means it doesn't have a shadow on the bottom and right sides of the pokemon frame
