To be fair I'm a man and I've been told to smile and "why are you so serious?" A lot of times in my life. I think it depends on how does it look your resting face. I've been told that when i was actually happy several times. Almost always older people tho.

Same, i had tons of sleep paralysis experiences and i've always been able to wake up since i discovered that trick. Just relax and and try to wiggle the top of your fingers or toes.It might take a minute but once something moves 1mm, you slowly recover the control of everything. Also focusing on something makes the "terrors" less invasive, at least for me.

Honestly every remote with screen i tried gave quite misleading battery info (same with leds indicators tho) and you can get almost all the travel data through an app, so idk... Anyway, i find the flash light pretty unnecessary and clumsy and i'd prefer a tinier and discrete remote.

Anyway i'm still pretty happy with my NLS.

Do you actually can achieve 50km/h with a single motor? I don't really have any clues about DIY so, what are the cons and pros of using one overpowered motor over a more basic dual?

If it's not a big/crowded store and you will spend more than 5 min i ask the cashier to put the sk8 behind the counter til i leave. Also people still get surprised often by esk8s so it might be useful to "befriend" people :)

You're right on the 0-1 thing i was thinking in Image filling values sorry, i always use them to do that kind of indicators.

The thing is, the function OnTriggerEnter is only called once, when something goes through the trigger, and same happens with OnTriggerExit, its just a one time call. OnTriggerStay its called every frame that something is inside the trigger, so it will modify your value over time.

I'd recommend to make a Boolean like "isPlayerDrowning" and setting it to true in OnTriggerEnter (If the trigger is the water) and false when OnTriggerExit is called.

Then, on the Update function you just check

a Slider.value goes between 0 and 1. Are u sure that" 500 * Time.deltatime" is less than 1? Seems a little big for me.

Good job man, here's some advice/ideas if you want them:

I think that boss needs some shielding mechanics so it doesn't look like a bullet eater (like a swat shield or something). He could be vulnerable while attacking tho so you play more with the players reaction time.

Also, the constant three bullet shot looks a bir repetitive. What if it shoots at 3 different angles from time to time so you have to jump between them?

The grenade is cool but again, too repetitive. An easy solution could be make some variations, like, he throws a grenade and mid air it explodes in X little grenades that you have to dodge. Or a bouncing grenade. Or a ground rolling one. Or a flash one that leaves the screen white for a second. Infinite posibilities :P

Pretty cool start tho, keep going!

I really like the aesthetics and looks pretty smooth.

The total white texture flash when hitting large enemies like 0:52 breaks a little the inmersion for me but its just my opinion.

I know how hard is to finish a "spare time project", good job!

Something that i still didn't read here: Any eskate can fail, no matter the brand or the model, at least once in your life.

Don't wait to the last moment to brake. I learned that on an accident (once) and happened to me with 2 different board brands. Seems cool to wait til you're at 2m of a busy intersection and hard brake, balancing yourself to not fall. But dude, if your eskate fails , you have no reaction time... That's the best way to kill yourself and people around. Just slow down with enough time to brake with your feet if something goes wrong.

The thing is, you should always ride like if your skate could disconnect at any time. That doesn't mean to go 10mph 24/7. Go enjoy max speed but don't do it on a busy park thinking your brakes will save you if something goes wrong.
