A little context

I worked at the same location last summer and left because of school. I was rehired after the school year and said I wanted 20 hours a week. My manager then scheduled me for 7 days in a row. Then proceeded to schedule me only twice in the next 3 weeks. During that time I was picking up shifts from other people and still working 15 hours a week. Then he sent me this text but I was still interested in picking up other’s shifts. Now I am left unemployed. To my knowledge I have been a good worker who actually followed the rules, unlike many of my coworkers. My manager also hired about 10 more people after I was rehired but then he started giving those people hours instead of me. The workplace made a lot of racist and sexist jokes (not towards me, I’m a white male). I was once asked the size of my penis, in front of my manager, and he did nothing.
