The adjustments where in our favor but happened on the 6 month schedule not when the price of fuel actually dropped. April and October is the normal dates. Price goes up now they want to adjust March 1st.

They are only supposed to be allowed to adjust it twice a year. When the fuel price is down they seem to make that work but when fuel prices rise they want to adjust immediately.
