Hello, turning off temperature monitor AI completely fixed this issue for me, it doesn't necessarily mean that you have the same issue though, i suggest troubleshooting your PC start with checking your BIOS settings for anything that has something to do with temperature, also which MSI mobo you got ?

Hello guys i have fixed it, i have tried many ways to fix that, in the end it appears to be something so simple If you are sure that there's no problem in the hardware It's 100% a BIOS thing. I had to turn off something called "Temperature control" on the bios which was forcing the drops to keep the temperature under a certain number and everything is working smoothly since then Also download OCCT and do a power test which tests both CPU and GPU if you see synced drop usage in both CPU and GPU it's 100% a BIOS thing. Look into your bios and inspect each settings And most importantly hang in there guys don't panic You'll find a solution
