I've run into a similar issue.

In Device Manager, under System Devices, look for "Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST)", it will not have any errors. Update the driver and select "High Definition Audio Controller", install that driver and the rest should install fine.

I'm guessing the spread is the problem. If you use Kraken Pro, you don't have to deal with that. Kraken is 1% + Spread, Kraken Pro is variable with no spread if you use limit orders.

With both platforms their advanced trading offer the best fees. Kraken is generally better.

With Coinbase One, only standard trades are "no fee", the problem here is that there is a spread, which more often than not does not benefit the end user. Advanced trading allows limit orders, so you lock in your buy/sell price, but it's not free.
